Flexible Spending: Discovery Benefits

There are two types of Flexible Spending Accounts: Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA. The plans are administered by Discovery Benefits beginning Aug. 1, 2017.

Asbury offers a 401k Retirement Savings plan though Principal.

Life, Disability, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance

Asbury offers Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Critical Care Insurance and Accident Insurance provided by the Hartford. Learn more - click here.

Employer Paid Benefits:

  • Core Life Insurance for associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period
  • Short-Term Disability for exempt associates and positions of RN and LPN whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period.
  • Long-Term Disability for exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period

Voluntary (Associate Paid) Benefits:

  • Supplemental Life Insurance - Associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period may elect to purchase life insurance for themselves, their spouse or their children.
  • Short-Term Disability – Associates who are not eligible for the company-paid Short Term Disability and whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
  • Voluntary Long-Term Disability - Those not eligible for the company-paid Long Term Disability benefit, whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period and earn a minimum of $12,000 per year have the option to purchase LTD coverage.
  • Critical Care Insurance - Exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
  • Accident Insurance - Exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.

Asbury offers one Vision plan through EyeMed Vision Care. EyeMed coverage is only offered if Medical Coverage is elected and is available at no cost to you.

LifeWork Connect

Asbury's Wellness Website: LifeWork Connect

LifeWorkConnect.com is an interactive tool designed to track all your wellness needs. You must login or register at LifeWorkConnect.com to take advantage of Asbury’s wellness incentive to reduce your medical plan premiums by up to $500 for individuals and $1,000 for associate-spouse enrollment. Even associates who are not on Asbury’s medical plan can earn $100 cash.

Payroll: UltiPro

The UltiPro Home Page allows you to promptly retrieve your personal, HR and Payroll information. You can view, print, and/or request changes to your personal/HR and payroll data. In UltiPro you can also access the Pay Schedule, a Quick Guide for using UltiPro and other timely information related to payroll and benefits.

 

Time Tracking: KRONOS

KRONOS provides associates online access to their personal timecard data and calendar to keep track of daily timestamps, cumulative hours worked and scheduled shifts.
