Flexible Spending: Discovery Benefits

There are two types of Flexible Spending Accounts: Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA. The plans are administered by Discovery Benefits beginning Aug. 1, 2017.

401K: Principal

Asbury offers a 401k Retirement Savings plan though Principal.

Life, Disability, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance

Asbury offers Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Critical Care Insurance and Accident Insurance provided by the Hartford. Learn more - click here.

Employer Paid Benefits:

  • Core Life Insurance for associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period
  • Short-Term Disability for exempt associates and positions of RN and LPN whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period.
  • Long-Term Disability for exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period

Voluntary (Associate Paid) Benefits:

  • Supplemental Life Insurance - Associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period may elect to purchase life insurance for themselves, their spouse or their children.
  • Short-Term Disability – Associates who are not eligible for the company-paid Short Term Disability and whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
  • Voluntary Long-Term Disability - Those not eligible for the company-paid Long Term Disability benefit, whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period and earn a minimum of $12,000 per year have the option to purchase LTD coverage.
  • Critical Care Insurance - Exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
  • Accident Insurance - Exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.

Vision: VSP

Asbury offers one Vision plan through VSP. VSP coverage is only offered if Medical Coverage is elected and is available at no cost to you.

Associates have access to Asbury’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

 

 


Health Advocate

Asbury's Wellness Website: members.healthadvocate.com

HealthAdvocate is Asbury's partner to help support Asbury's Wellness and Employee Assistance Programs. HealthAdvocate replaces LifeWork Strategies/LifeWork Connect and is now available to help you and members of your family resolve healthcare and insurance issues, reach your health goals and provide tips to better balance your work and life. HealthAdvocate is an online portal, accessible from a computer, tablet or smartphone. This year’s participation in the program is based on a point system, where 150 points are required:

  • Complete a Health Screening (50 points) by having your Physician complete a Physician Form. (Download the form from HealthAdvocate).
  • Complete the Personal Health Profile (PWP) (50 points), an online form in the HealthAdvocate portal.
  • In addition to your Health Screening and PWP, you will also need to earn an additional 50 points by completing items of your choosing – there are plenty of options to earn points in HealthAdvocate, from registering for online workshops to participating in fitness challenges.

6 Steps to Your HealthAdvocate Registration

  1. Go to members.healthadvocate.com 
    In the text box, type in "Asbury Communities" then select it from the dropdown box and click Continue.
  2. On the "Welcome to HealthAdvocate" screen, click "Register Now."
  3. On the "Register" page, enter your personal information (name, birthdate and home zip code) then click Save and Continue.
  4. Complete filling in your personal information to include your username, password and email, as well as a few security questions.
  5. Then you'll be asked to read the Privacy Statement and Terms & Conditions, then check the box indicating you have accepted the terms. Finally, click or tap Register to create your account.
  6. You will either receive a message or a confirmation email congratulating you and advising you to click to officially sign into HealthAdvocate for the first time.

Payroll: UltiPro

The UltiPro Home Page allows you to promptly retrieve your personal, HR and Payroll information. You can view, print, and/or request changes to your personal/HR and payroll data. In UltiPro you can also access the Pay Schedule, a Quick Guide for using UltiPro and other timely information related to payroll and benefits.

 

Time Tracking: KRONOS

KRONOS provides associates online access to their personal timecard data and calendar to keep track of daily timestamps, cumulative hours worked and scheduled shifts.
