Asbury Communities provides specialized services and
economies of scale. One example is our Legal & Regulatory Compliance
department, which constantly seeks ways to manage risk in an
ever-changing regulatory environment while maintaining compliance with
laws and regulations. Our Finance department is another example,
offering a variety of expertise including budget management, project
planning, balancing current progress with future goals, and supporting
and integrating the financial impact of expansion and startup projects.
These resources allow our communities to focus more
attention on the needs of their own residents and mission, and continue
to achieve long-term success.
