Asbury Communities officially moved into its new Frederick location on September 18, 2017, after a decade in Germantown, Md. We're pleased to share not only an exciting new workspace, but an exciting, open way for Asbury associates to work and collaborate among themselves as well as with business partners and those we serve...carrying on our tradition "to do all the good we can for others."

Hal Garman Recognized with Hobart Jackson Cultural Diversity Award

More Info

Asbury Methodist Village resident Rev. Hal Garman was recognized October 20, 2014, by LeadingAge at their 2014 Annual Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee with the Hobart Jackson Cultural Diversity Award, which recognizes an individual or organization that has effected positive change through a significant commitment to cultural diversity and inclusion. Rev. Garman's Gaithersburg Beloved Community Initiative provides intergenerational support in the community at-large by pairing Asbury residents with at-risk youth and community leaders to effect positive change both personally and throughout the surrounding area.
