Program I: Ready-to-Go Entrance Fee Savings

Our Entrance Fee Savings program applies to a range of move-in ready Studio, 1-Bedroom, 1-Bedroom w/ Den, 2-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom w/ Den apartment homes.

Settle on your residence within 30 days of your deposit and save 20% off your entrance fee and receive up to $10,000 towards moving expenses. Your move can happen on your own timeline.
Settle on your residence within 60 days of your deposit and save 10% off your entrance fee and receive up to $7,500 towards moving expenses. Your move can happen on your own timeline.

Program II: Rental Apartment Savings

If you’re considering the continuing care retirement community model but are not yet ready to make that decision, we offer rental apartments with no entrance fee on a limited number of Studio, 1-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom floor plans. Now, you can save between $700 and $1,300 per month and lock in that rate for 2 years on select models.
