At Asbury, there’s always a plan—and it’s always to promote the highest quality of life for our current residents, as well as the generations to come. To that end, campus and corporate leaders balance daily decision-making and management practices with long-term strategic planning and focus. Asbury Solomons places great emphasis on stewardship, financial strength, and quality.
Kelly has more than 30 years of experience working in the aging services profession and is a licensed nursing home administrator. In 2022, Kelly received Asbury’s Edwin C. Thomas Leadership Award.

Heather Mattingly joined the Asbury Foundation as Director of Development for Asbury Solomons in April of 2017. Heather is inspired by the compassion and spirit of giving at Asbury. She considers it a privilege to be able to serve the residents, especially those who have outlived their financial resources through no fault of their own. Heather lives in Scotland, Maryland with her family and enjoys spending her free time boating and hiking with her two dogs.
