Memory loss – and keeping your brain in good working order – is a growing concern among adults of all ages. Asbury Methodist Village’s unique Brain Waves program takes a comprehensive look at how the brain functions and how to maximize its health as we get older. Learn simple and active ways to keep your brain fit and combat common risks that may contribute to memory loss based on the latest research. In 2019, Asbury added BrainHQ’s Posit Science technology to its Brain Waves program, managed by the community’s full-time Brain Health Advocate. Brain Waves received an Innovator of the Year Award from the International Council on Active Aging.
This course is also open to people who do not live at Asbury. For more information, email Susan Grotenhuis or call 301-216-4955.
