As part of our not-for-profit mission of service, we strive to provide a home and care to all residents, even those who have outlived their financial resources through no fault of their own. Each community also endeavors to offer additional programs and services without placing an undue burden on residents. For these needs, each community turns to Asbury Foundation.
Asbury Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that secures philanthropic support to enhance the quality of life for seniors served by the Asbury system of communities. It’s all in keeping with Asbury’s mission to enhance the value of every stage of life.
Albright LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly) is a coordinated health care program that helps seniors meet their health care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility. Albright LIFE provides health care and support to eligible seniors so they can live happily and safely in their own home.
Albright LIFE offers services in the LIFE Center and at home including: Physician, Transportation, Therapies and more services to keep seniors living safely at home.
With age can come challenges that reduce a person’s ability to manage from day to day. Sometimes a little extra help at home – with cleaning, laundry, errands, reliable transportation or even friendly conversation – can make all the difference. That’s where Asbury Home Services comes in.
Asbury Home Services offers a variety of home care services, so seniors can remain in their own homes comfortably and safely.
Pharmacy Services is a non-profit, closed door, Long Term Care (LTC) and retail pharmacy that offers convenient prescription pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter medications at competitive prices to residents. Services provided include: assisting with transfer of prescriptions from other pharmacies, contacting physicians for medication refills, delivery of medication, once-a-month billing, and continuation of care from retail to Assisted Living/Personal Care and Skilled Nursing.
Whether recovering from surgery, illness or an injury, our therapy and rehabilitation services can help seniors keep their recovery moving forward. Our person-centered approach to senior rehabilitation ensures the treatment plan is a collaborative process that meets the unique needs and preferences of those we serve.
