We’d like to show our thanks and and share in the Thanksgiving celebration by offering a free holiday pie just for stopping by to see our beautiful Baysmont Campus. View gorgeous apartments, luxurious Villas, and meet the nicest residents of east Tennessee!

Choose from gourmet apple, pumpkin or pecan, and when you arrive, you’ll have a chance to speak with two of our newest and friendliest associates – Meghan and Jessica. They are available to answer any questions you may have. (Ask about our limited-time apartment savings!)
