In exchange, you pay a higher entrance fee up front than if you choose the Standard Plan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standard Plan<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Standard Plan is the most affordable way to join our community. In this plan, the entrance fee amortizes over 50 months of residency.
