Our Philosophy of Care
Wilson Health Care Center works collaboratively
with residents, providers, and family members to appropriately set and meet goals for long-term success. Our Care Navigation Team includes nursing, therapy, social work, pastoral care, and wellness to ensure smooth transitions between settings, coordinated services, and a holistic approach to care.
Asbury embraces the Planetree philosophy, putting residents’ wishes and individual preferences at the center of their care plan.
Therapeutic Recreation
We understand the role emotions play in the path to recovery. Wilson Health Care Center has a robust therapeutic recreation program staffed by a full-time specialist. We offer multiple opportunities daily for residents to participate in events and connect with one another.
