Senior personal care is a great choice for individuals who want to maintain their independence but require some assistance. The majority of Chandler Estate personal care residents require minimal assistance upon move-in and are mainly independent in 3 out of 5 activities of daily living.
Residence options include a private room with ½ bath, a semi-private suite, a private suite with or without a patio, or a large private suite with patio. Personal care suites include a kitchenette and living room.
A full-time Activities Director provides a full, daily calendar of events designed to engage residents in physical, social, and intellectual wellness.
Our Personal Care neighborhood includes a community dining area and comfortable gathering places, a library, and a community room for games, crafts, and special events or celebrations.
Services Included in Monthly Fee:
- Three meals daily, plus snacks
- Linens and laundry
- Support with aspects of daily living such as physical assistance, dining, hygiene, housekeeping, and appointment and medication reminders
- Mail delivery to your door and pharmacy delivery
- Fitness and rehab area
- Weekly beauty and barber services available for an additional fee
- Support that goes beyond our contracted support, including wireless call system and some medical services are available for an additional fee.
What is Respite Care?
Respite care is a temporary stay of no more than 30 consecutive days. Respite provides families or caregivers with a way to take vacations, attend to personal needs, or gain additional support for a loved one in an emergency situation.
Respite care may be used to help a senior transition from a hospital stay to home, providing a secure, staffed place to receive additional therapy services and time to regain strength.
