Asbury Communities, Inc., and all affiliated and related companies, (“Company” or “We”) respects your privacy and is providing this privacy notice to be open and transparent about how we may collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit our website or any affiliated websites (our “Websites”). 

By accessing these Websites and communicating with us online, you are accepting the terms of this Policy. Should we update, amend or make any changes to our online privacy policy, those changes will be posted on this page.  Please do not use our Websites if you do not want your personal information used or shared as described in this Policy. Information Collection

If you apply for a job through our Website, our third-party applicant processing system will collect information such as, but not limited to, education, employment history, and references.

If you choose to make a donation to Asbury Foundation, our third-party processor will collect your credit card information and other personal information relevant to the transaction. This information is encrypted.

Through the use of cookies and similar digital technologies, we collect information relating to your interactions with us and our Websites, including your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is not personally identifiable and helps us analyze website traffic trends, administer our Websites, and gather visitors’ locations.

Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve disputes through peaceful means. However, if a dispute does arise, our resolution process will begin with good-faith communications between the parties in an attempt to find a mutually agreeable solution. If negotiations fail, both parties agree to consider mediation with a neutral third party who will assist in facilitating discussions to reach a resolution. If negotiation and mediation do not lead to a resolution, any disputes or claims arising from or related to your use of our Website will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Maryland. The arbitration process will adhere to the rules and procedures set forth by the American Arbitration Association. The decision rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with Asbury Communities via arbitration on an individual basis only. Further, you agree to waive the right to join or consolidate claims with others as a class representative or member.
