Virginia Cuvilje Gray
Virginia Cuvilje Gray brings more than 20 years of senior living leadership experience to Asbury Ivy Gables, guiding communities with purpose, connection, and resident-centered care. A licensed Nursing Home Administrator, she is recognized for creating welcoming environments where residents feel at home and associates are empowered to serve with meaning.
Her people-first leadership style reflects Asbury’s mission to do all the good we can, with a focus on innovation, inclusion, and exceptional hospitality. Virginia is dedicated to ensuring residents enjoy enriching experiences while fostering a supportive workplace for associates.
Outside of work, Virginia enjoys baking, hosting meals and game nights, and spending time with her husband, two young adult children, and their three cockapoos—Winston, Wesley, and Buster.

About Asbury Communities
Asbury Communities’ heritage is rooted in the Methodist Church. In fact, Asbury was established in Gaithersburg, Md., in 1926 as a home for aging parishioners.
Today, Asbury welcomes people of all beliefs, cultures, and backgrounds and is not affiliated with the Methodist Church. However, we continue to live the faith-based values of Methodism founder John Wesley, who urged his followers to “Do all the good you can . . . as long as ever you can.”
