“Helping to create an environment that meets the residents’ expectations on a daily basis is very rewarding.  In addition, residents give you the opportunity to form cherished, lifelong friendships that make the challenges and celebrations personal.  Other organizations wane in comparison. Working side by side with other associates who have the same vision and purpose creates a synergistic response to an ever-changing environment.”

I have dedicated my career to advancing whole‑person wellness for older adults. As Director of Well‑Being, I have helped build the Wellness Program from the ground up, integrating physical, emotional, and brain health. I am passionate about empowering residents to move better, feel better, connect more, and experience more, while continually pushing the boundaries of senior wellness—never letting age or ability limit resident engagement. My greatest joy is seeing residents stay active, confident, and inspired as they pursue their best lives.
