Kinnections is managed by our own certified brain health coach. Participants receive a five-part neurocognitive assessment that examines multiple cognitive domains and movement and an individualized engagement plan. This plan lays out specific exercise, activities, and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your strengths and weaknesses.
