Arlene Henry serves as the Executive Director at Grace Park, bringing more than a decade of senior living leadership experience and a clinical foundation as a registered nurse. Throughout her career, she has led communities with a focus on exceptional resident experiences, quality care, team development, and operational excellence.

As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Arlene is passionate about supporting individuals living with dementia and their families with compassion, dignity, and respect. She is committed to fostering welcoming communities where residents feel valued, supported, and at home, while empowering associates through collaboration, mentorship, and a shared commitment to service.

Beyond her role at Grace Park, Arlene is actively engaged in advancing senior living through community involvement. She recently served as Event Experience Chair for the Monroe County Alzheimer’s Association Walk and is a co-founder of the Pocono Area Senior Alliance. Her leadership is rooted in building meaningful connections, strengthening teams, and creating environments where older adults can thrive.
