To this end, we have established a system-wide Belonging Council made up of representatives from all levels of the organization across all divisions, working together to develop plans and policies that will enhance Asbury’s diversity and create a welcoming culture for all. Additionally, regional and local Belonging Committees have been established to champion and drive our belonging initiatives.
