Asbury Methodist Village proudly provides high-quality, compassionate services in skilled nursing, assisted living, residential living, post-acute rehabilitation, and memory support care for residents of Montgomery County and surrounding areas.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part Time, 24 hours weekly 
• Monday - Thursday 
• Flexible scheduling - 6 hours per day 
• $35 - $38/hour, based upon experience 

Job Description

• Build and maintain professional relationships with staff, physicians, residents, families, community resources, and third-party payers.
• Educate residents and families on Medicare, Medicaid, and financial assistance programs or refer them to the Finance Office.
• Complete admission forms, assessments, and required documentation.
• Develop and update individualized care plans, tracking progress and adjusting as needed.
• Complete the Social Service section of the MDS within regulatory time frames.
• Gather Advance Directive information, provide education, and assist in completion if applicable.
• Continuously assess residents’ mental health needs, provide education, and facilitate referrals to mental health services.
