Hours and Compensation
- Full-Time, 40 hours weekly
- Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and being available on call for after hour emergencies
- $22.65 - $27.00/hour
- This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule.
Job Description
- Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs.
- Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm.
- Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
- Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.
