Hours & Schedule

  • Full-Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
  • Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm 
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and be available on call for after hour emergencies 
  • $40/hour 

Job Description

The Master Plumber is responsible for overseeing and leading a team of plumbers while performing high-level plumbing tasks. This role combines leadership and technical expertise to ensure the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. The Master Plumber will be a subject matter expert in the field, ensuring all plumbing work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and complies with relevant codes and regulations.

  • Troubleshooting, repair, inspection and recording of facilities equipment including but not limited to heating water systems, steam systems, freshwater systems, drainage systems, and sewer systems.
  • Sources and prices repair supplies and schedules repairs.
  • Plans installations and repairs by studying blueprints and work sketches to determine material requirements along with cost of supplies.
  • Assists in training and working with other maintenance technicians.
