50% Refundable Plan
With this plan, you or your heirs will be refunded 50% of your entrance fee when you no longer reside at RiverWoods*. In exchange, you pay a higher entrance fee up front than if you choose the Standard Plan.
Standard Plan
The Standard Plan is the most affordable way to enjoy RiverWoods. In this plan, the entrance fee amortizes over 50 months of residency. This means that during those first 50 months you live at RiverWoods, you can receive a partial refund of your entrance fee*.
*Please note that entrance fee refunds are generally provided when your residence is re-occupied by a new resident who pays a new entrance fee. Specific terms regarding the refund of entrance fees are outlined in the Residency Agreement. We encourage you to carefully read the Residency Agreement to understand the conditions that must be met for Asbury Communities to issue an entrance fee refund.
