The Health Care Center at Asbury Solomons provides skilled nursing services and senior rehabilitation services that hold a 5 star rating from the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. We offer private or semi-private suites on Asbury Solomons’ waterfront campus near Solomons, MD.
Our Health Care Center also welcomes seniors from outside our community, regardless of payor source. Please contact us regarding availability.
