Asbury offers a Dental PPO plan through Delta Dental of Pennsylvania.

Flexible Spending & HSA: Discovery Benefits

Discovery Benefits LogoThere are two types of Flexible Spending Accounts: Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA. There is one HSA plan offered. All FSA & HSA plans are administered by Discovery Benefits.

Company-Paid Benefits:

Voluntary (Associate-Paid) Benefits:

  • Supplemental Life Insurance – Associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period may elect to purchase life insurance for themselves, their spouse or their children.
  • Voluntary Short-Term Disability – Associates who are not eligible for the company-paid Short Term Disability and whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
  • Voluntary Long-Term Disability – Those not eligible for the company-paid Long Term Disability benefit, whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period and earn a minimum of $12,000 per year have the option to purchase LTD coverage.
  • Critical Illness Insurance – Exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
  • Accident Insurance – Exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
  • Hospitality Indemnity Insurance

Vision: VSP

Asbury offers one Vision plan through VSP. VSP coverage is only offered if Medical Coverage is elected and is available at no cost to you.
