There are two types of Flexible Spending Accounts: Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA. There is one HSA plan offered. All FSA & HSA plans are administered by Discovery Benefits.

Company-Paid Benefits:
- Core Life Insurance for associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period
- Short-Term Disability (Exempt) for exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period
- Short-Term Disability (RN/LPN) for positions of RN and LPN whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period
- Long-Term Disability for exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period
Voluntary (Associate-Paid) Benefits:
- Supplemental Life Insurance – Associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period may elect to purchase life insurance for themselves, their spouse or their children.
- Voluntary Short-Term Disability – Associates who are not eligible for the company-paid Short Term Disability and whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
- Voluntary Long-Term Disability – Those not eligible for the company-paid Long Term Disability benefit, whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period and earn a minimum of $12,000 per year have the option to purchase LTD coverage.
- Critical Illness Insurance – Exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
- Accident Insurance – Exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
- Hospitality Indemnity Insurance
Vision: VSP
Asbury offers one Vision plan through VSP. VSP coverage is only offered if Medical Coverage is elected and is available at no cost to you.
