Employer Paid Benefits:

  • Core Life Insurance for associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period
  • Short-Term Disability for exempt associates and positions of RN and LPN whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period.
  • Long-Term Disability for exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period

Voluntary (Associate Paid) Benefits:

  • Supplemental Life Insurance – Associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period may elect to purchase life insurance for themselves, their spouse or their children.
  • Short-Term Disability – Associates who are not eligible for the company-paid Short Term Disability and whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
  • Voluntary Long-Term Disability – Those not eligible for the company-paid Long Term Disability benefit, whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period and earn a minimum of $12,000 per year have the option to purchase LTD coverage.
  • Critical Care Insurance – Exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
  • Accident Insurance – Exempt associates whose work status is at least 60 hours per pay period have the option to purchase coverage.
  • Hospitality Indemnity Insurance
