The 1-bedroom, 1-bath Mercer Cottage offers 725-square feet of open living space, a modern kitchen and backyard patio.
Rental cottages are available for those 62-plus years of age. Tenants pay a refundable security deposit, pet deposit (if applicable), and utilities.
