Life at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) has peace of mind at its core. Normandie Ridge offers a full continuum of care, from independent living to personal care, memory care, senior rehabilitation, and skilled nursing, so you can remain in the same community even as your needs change over time. On-campus services also include personal care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and pharmacy services.

Well-being is integral to our lifestyle. Residents and staff collaborate on programs that support social, emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and vocational health. Our Kinnections Brain Health program is a key differentiator in our well-being services. Normandie Ridge is staffed by full-time wellness professionals certified in serving older adults, as well as a certified brain health coach. Residents remain independent while enjoying countless opportunities to engage on campus and in the greater community.

With a choice in entrance fee plans, we accommodate a wide range of people aged 55+. Before residency, prospective residents are asked to demonstrate that their income and assets can support their living expenses through their projected lifespan, calculated by an independent actuary. Generally, those with a retirement income and local home ownership or equivalent assets are well-positioned to enjoy the security and benefits of our lifestyle.

Absolutely! Many residents find that their monthly and annual financial responsibilities become much simpler. This is because you no longer have to worry about home maintenance, and many of the services you pay for now are provided as part of your monthly service fee.

Pets are VIP members on our campus! Our Happy Trails Nature Park is a wonderful place to walk dogs, with plenty of trees and places to stop and sniff.
