Directed by a certified brain health coach, Kinnections begins with a comprehensive five-part neurocognitive assessment of the brain’s seven cognitive domains. Participants receive personalized engagement plans, featuring targeted exercises that include boxing and rock-wall climbing, SMARTfit® and Senso dual-task training technology, and lifestyle recommendations.
