80% Refundable Plan
With this plan, you or your heirs will be refunded 80% of your entrance fee when you no longer reside at Asbury Methodist Village*, in exchange for a higher up-front entrance fee. It’s one of the most popular options for those looking at pricing for independent senior living that offers long-term financial flexibility.
Standard Plan
The Standard Plan is the most affordable way to enjoy Asbury Methodist Village. In this plan, the entrance fee amortizes over 50 months of residency. This means that during those first 50 months you live at Asbury Methodist Village, you could receive a partial refund of your entrance fee*.
*Please note that entrance fee refunds are generally provided when your residence is re-occupied by a new resident who pays a new entrance fee. Specific terms regarding the refund of entrance fees are outlined in the Residency Agreement. We encourage you to carefully read the Residency Agreement to understand the conditions that must be met for Asbury to issue an entrance fee refund.
