Sara Gentile serves as the Executive Director at Asbury Methodist Village, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in senior living, skilled nursing, and long-term care. She has led both single-site and multi-site operations with a focus on quality care, regulatory compliance, and strong team development.
Sara is known for building communities where clinical excellence and hospitality come together, creating environments where residents feel supported, respected, and at home. She brings a data-informed approach to continuous improvement, using insights to strengthen operations and enhance the resident experience.
Her leadership style is collaborative and service-driven, grounded in compassion, accountability, and a commitment to empowering teams. Above all, she is passionate about supporting older adults in living with dignity, independence, and purpose.
