Springhill Aquatic Center Construction Underway

We’re thrilled to announce that construction is well underway on the new Dr. Robert and Marilyn Bernhard Aquatic Center!
This multi-million dollar investment in our community’s future furthers Springhill’s commitment to be the premier wellness resource for older adults in our region. The therapy and exercise pool will provide new wellness opportunities for current and future residents, positively impacting overall health and quality of life. Plans call for the Aquatic Center to be followed by a Courtyard Recreation Area that will include a bocce court, horseshoe pit, shuffleboard court, putting green, chipping area and sand bunker.
The Center is the second phase of a multi-year lifestyle enhancement journey at Erie’s first continuing care retirement community that began with a new Community Lounge, Bar, Fitness Center, and Chapel.
