Asbury Earns 5th Great Place to Work!

badge with words great place to work certified 2022-2023Asbury Communities is proud to announce that we have been named A Great Place to Work for 2022-2023 – our fifth consecutive year to earn this distinction.

Asbury’s Great Place to Work certification is based on associates’ feedback to the Great Place to Work organization’s Trust Index Survey. Their commitment to creating a strong workplace culture is evident in this recognition.

Highlights from Asbury’s 2022-2023 Great Place to Work survey include:

  • 87 percent of associates say that their work has special meaning, and that working at Asbury is not “just a job.”
  • 84 percent feel good about they ways they contribute to the community
  • 72 percent say Asbury is a great place to work compared to 57 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company

This was the first year to include Asbury’s newest affiliates, Normandie Ridge, RiverWoods, and Chandler Estate senior living communities, as well as our Albright LIFE Centers.
