We are grateful for the incredible work that associates do for each other and those we serve. All across the Asbury organization, recognition is built into the everyday associate experience.
On a daily basis, associates are recognized by other associates or residents through our Going the Extra Mile (GEM) recognition program. In fact, more than 1,250 GEMs are given out on average each year!
Beyond the GEM program, annually, we also have an awards nomination window for associates to lift up their fellow associates for going above and beyond for an Azzy award or other top recognition, including Asbury’s highest honor, the Edwin C. Thomas III Leadership Award.
