As we do all that we can to protect the health of those living at our communities, we wanted to take this opportunity to introduce you to the Asbury Communities Clinical Quality Team members who are leading our prevention and response measures across our campuses.
They are highly qualified and experienced nurses and health administrators, who, in collaboration with our campus leadership and clinical teams, are working around the clock to ensure our infection-control practices are up to date with the latest federal, state, and local health guidelines and follow an evidence-based approach.
In this video, Asbury Communities Vice President of Clinical Excellence Skip Margot shares how Asbury implemented a system-wide, communicable-disease algorithm last December, and, as a result “entered into this coronavirus threat well positioned and well poised to address it head on, even though we’re learning each day and we’re adding to the body of our algorithm and our responses.”
