Asbury Earns Great Place to Work for 4th Year!

It’s a four-peat! Asbury Communities is proud to announce that we have been named A Great Place to Work for 2021-2022.

Asbury’s Great Place to Work certification is based on associates’ feedback to the Great Place to Work organization’s Trust Index Survey. Nearly 80% of eligible associates completed the survey which equates to 1,250 associates who provided their feedback on the survey. Thank you to our outstanding associates for their dedication to those we serve – and to each other. Their commitment to creating a strong workplace culture is evident in this recognition.

Highlights from Asbury’s 2021-2022 Great Place to Work survey include:

• 75 percent of associates say Asbury is a great place to work compared to 59 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
• 86 percent of associates responded positively to: I feel I make a difference here.
• 86 percent of associates say that their work has special meaning, and that working at Asbury is not “just a job.”

This Great Place to Work certification is for the following Asbury locations: Asbury Methodist Village, Asbury Place Kingsport, Asbury Place Maryville, Asbury Solomons, Bethany Village, Springhill, Asbury Home Services, Asbury Support & Collaboration Center, and ThriveWell Tech.
