Asbury Earns 6th Great Place to Work!

Asbury Communities is proud to announce that we have been named A Great Place to Work for 2023-2024 – our sixth consecutive year to earn this distinction.

Asbury’s Great Place to Work certification is based on associates’ feedback to the Great Place to Work organization’s Trust Index Survey. Their commitment to creating a strong workplace culture is evident in this recognition.

Highlights from Asbury’s 2023-2024 Great Place to Work survey include:

• 86 percent of associates say that their work has special meaning, and that working at Asbury is not “just a job.”
• 85 percent feel good about they ways they contribute to the community
• 75 percent say Asbury is a great place to work compared to 57 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company
