On August 26th, 2020 Springhill celebrated its 30th anniversary and the opening of its new Dr. Robert & Marilyn Bernhard Aquatic Center! A celebration featuring physical distancing at the community and a livestream to an audience spanning many states took place, with several Asbury Communities and Asbury Foundation leaders and others sharing their appreciation to the community and to Foundation donors.
During the ceremony, Asbury Foundation President & CEO J.D. Shuman shared,
“We are here to celebrate not only 30 years of service by Springhill, but also the power of philanthropy. Philanthropy makes the exceptional happen. And for 30 years, philanthropy has been a part of making Springhill exceptional.”
