As we continue on our path to becoming stronger together with Asbury Communities, we have some exciting news to share! The Albright Development Team is formally joining The Asbury Foundation. Together, we will support the entire Albright and Asbury family.
This partnership is in line with the overall Asbury-Albright affiliation process. We’re excited to be making this step now by combining our expertise and resources to continue to find creative ways to support those who rely on us through benevolent care, and to look at philanthropy as an opportunity to enhance the communities we support.
The Albright Development Team of Sue Jamison, Vanessa Hales and AnnMarie Fagnano, along with Fran Ashby, brings 82 years of experience to the eight-member Asbury Foundation team, which is led by President & CEO J.D. Shuman.
Sue, Vanessa, AnnMarie and Fran will continue to serve as the primary contacts for those we serve at RiverWoods, Normandie Ridge and the Albright LIFE sites. The team will continue to work in the historic Gamber Building on the RiverWoods campus, and their efforts will be supported by the entire Asbury Foundation team – and vice versa – adding depth to the approach and opportunities to connect with our donor family.
We are so appreciative of the generosity of the Albright Care Services donors over the years, leading to $15 million in endowments and restricted funds that have been secured through work with friends who have chosen to invest in the Albright mission, including benevolence, capital projects and education. We are now excited to not only share those inspiring stories with a larger audience, but also to learn from the Albright donor family, beginning with all the success from the Albright 100-Year Celebration a few years ago.
