A Reputation Built Upon Exemplary Service
As Erie Pa.’s leading not-for-profit senior living organization, Springhill delivers engaging, caring, wellness-focused retirement living for the greater Erie region.
Founded in 1990 by local leaders in conjunction with Hamot Medical Center to meet the region’s need for a senior residential community, Springhill was Erie’s first independent senior living community.
It later added ForestView Health Care Center, and The Woodlands Personal Care and Memory Support neighborhoods to affiliate with Asbury Communities, Inc., and become a certified continuing care retirement community. With nearly 100 years of experience serving seniors in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee, Asbury provides the strategic vision and support to ensure that its retirement communities provide exemplary service, financial stability, and strong customer satisfaction.
As the first nationally accredited continuing care retirement community in western Pennsylvania, Springhill is designed to support aging better. With a philosophy of person-centered service, we actively seek input and feedback from residents, associates, and family members about how we can improve our offerings and operations.
