Financial Strength

As a member of Asbury Communities, the 14th-largest not-for-profit continuing care retirement community system in the United States as ranked by revenue in the LeadingAge Ziegler 200 (LZ 200), Normandie Ridge brings the strength of a system to its operations. Established in 1926, Asbury has expertise in meeting the changing needs of our nation’s older adults and has made sound operations a priority.

Led by a Board of Directors comprised of accomplished professionals with experience across the financial, regulatory, and insurance industries, Asbury monitors our financial strength by requiring an annual audit to review the entire Asbury system’s consolidated annual statements. Benevolent Care

With support and funding from the Asbury Foundation, Normandie Ridge offers the Benevolent Care program to eligible residents who outlive their financial resources through no fault of their own. For those who qualify, benevolent care will provide assistance with food, medical care, medication, monthly fees and health insurance.
