Entrance Fee Plans at Asbury

80% Refundable Entrance Fee Plan

Receive an 80% refund of your entrance fee* when you are no longer a resident, payable to you or your estate. This option requires a larger upfront investment but helps preserve your assets.

Standard Entrance Fee Plan

Entrance fees for this plan are partially refundable* during the first 60 months of residency. The refund gradually decreases by 1.667% per month until after 60 months, there is no refund. This plan offers the lowest independent living cost, which makes it the most affordable way to enjoy the Asbury Methodist Village lifestyle.
